Cal OES Release of Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Specialized Emergency Housing (KE) Program

    The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), Victim Services and Public Safety Branch, is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Specialized Emergency Housing (KE) Program. The purpose of the KE Program is to expand emergency shelter and emergency housing assistance resources in California and provide specialized services for victims of crime. Projects must identify an unmet emergency shelter or emergency housing need in their community and propose an innovate solution. There is approximately $4,600,000 available for the KE Program for 2017-18. 

    Applicants may request up to $575,000 for a 24-month subaward performance period that commences October 1, 2017, and ends September 30, 2019.

    Proposals are due Monday, August 14, 2017.
